For universities & government agencies

The learning platform institutions can actually procure.

Multi-tenant, standards-compliant, and audited for accessibility from day one — HubbedLearn LMS gives universities and public-sector agencies a catalogue-to-certificate learning system without the integration risk.

SSO-verified

Five vendor contracts

One catalogue-to-certificate platform

Enrolment, content, assessment, virtual meetings and analytics in a single multi-tenant system — not five procurement cycles.

Manual compliance exports

Standards-native from the start

LTI 1.3, SCORM, QTI, xAPI, Caliper and cmi5 — every assessment and interaction already leaves in a format your other systems read.

Accessibility retrofits

WCAG 2.2 audited in the product

Contrast, keyboard navigation and semantic structure checked by tooling built into the admin console — not bolted on before a review.

One platform

Everything a course from catalogue to certificate needs.

Modular by design — start with the modules you need, all built on one data model instead of stitched together across vendors.

Catalogue & enrolment

Public unauthenticated browse with search and filters, a Programme → Cluster → Module hierarchy, self-enrol within defined windows with caps and waitlists, and bulk CSV catalogue management.

Content authoring

A WYSIWYG editor, nested folder structure, drag-and-drop lesson sequencing, rule-based conditional release, and a built-in accessibility checker for every page an instructor writes.

Assessment & grading

A shared question bank, reusable rubrics, auto-marking, proctoring controls, and a weighted gradebook with bulk export/import for registrar-grade record-keeping.

Communication

Scheduled announcements, rule-based notifications, moderated discussion forums, surveys, and virtual meeting rooms with live polls and a shared whiteboard.

Access & governance

Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, directory-restricted multi-tenancy, role-based access, and a full audit log of every login, grade and post.

Analytics & reporting

Progress and completion dashboards out of the box, plus a drag-and-drop custom dashboard builder with scheduled exports and live usage monitoring.

AI assist

AI where it saves staff time — reviewed by a human every time.

Nothing an AI drafts reaches a learner automatically. An instructor or admin reviews and explicitly accepts every generated item — questions, rubrics, feedback, content — before it's saved, and it stays visibly badged as AI-assisted afterward.

  • Quiz questions — grounded in a source file, tuned by difficulty
  • Grading rubrics — generated from a task description
  • Lesson content — drafted, simplified, summarized or reformatted
  • Assignment feedback — a scored, written draft for the instructor to edit
  • A chatbot tutor learners can ask directly
  • At-risk learner insights, synthesized for instructors
  • Module metadata and learning-outcome suggestions

Who it's for

One platform, built around what your institution is measured on.

Universities & colleges

Run catalogue-to-certificate learning across every programme and cluster, with self-enrol, waitlists, term and section support, and a gradebook a registrar can actually trust.

Measured on — Completion, and records your accreditation office can stand behind

Government & public-sector agencies

Multi-tenant by design, with the standards compliance and audit trail procurement asks for, and the accessibility baseline public services are required to meet.

Measured on — Compliance, accessibility, and auditability

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is HubbedLearn LMS multi-tenant?+

Yes. Each institution or agency gets its own directory-restricted tenant — its own branding, catalogue, and access rights — running on shared infrastructure.

What learning standards does it support?+

LTI 1.3 with AGS grade passback, a SCORM 1.2 runtime, IMS QTI 2.1 import and export, an IMS Common Cartridge export, and xAPI/Caliper/cmi5 statement export for your learning record store.

How does authentication work?+

Single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID (OIDC), scoped to your institution's own directory — there's no separate HubbedLearn password for staff or learners to manage.

How is AI used, and can we see what it did?+

AI drafts content, quiz questions, rubrics and feedback for staff to review — nothing it generates reaches a learner until an instructor or admin explicitly accepts it, and AI-generated items carry a visible badge wherever they appear.

Is it accessible?+

The interface is built against WCAG 2.2 AA — including a contrast auditor in the admin console — and content authors get an in-product accessibility checker for the material they write.
